Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Virtual Office Solutions platform, including its landing site, organization registration, billing, and the individual product modules it launches (Quiz, Workforce Management, Call Quality Assessment, and any modules added later), together the "Service". By creating an account, registering an organization, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. Accounts & organizations

A person who registers an organization ("Organization Owner") is responsible for that organization's account, for the accuracy of information provided, for the conduct of members they invite, and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Organization Owners and admins may invite additional members and are responsible for managing those members' access.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid modules are billed per organization, monthly or yearly, via Stripe. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; no charge is made until the trial ends. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the billing portal; access to a cancelled module continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in USD and may change with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• Attempt to access another organization's data without authorization;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

5. Your data

Your organization owns the data it submits to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination of a subscription, Customer Data is retained for a reasonable period to allow export, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for an organization that materially breaches these Terms, including for non-payment or abusive use, with notice where practicable. Either party may terminate a subscription at any time as described above.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Office Solutions' aggregate liability arising from these Terms or use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the organization for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Organization Owners by email or in-product notice before taking effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, pending completion of company incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
